Nava Naseri
Hi! My name is Nava and I’m a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist & ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a special focus in pelvic health. I completed my Master’s of Physiotherapy at the University of Toronto, and my Bachelors of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia.
Growing up as a competitive figure skater, I was initially drawn to the health & fitness industry as I found it fascinating how movement could facilitate the body’s inherent ability to heal. This is what led to my journey to begin working as a personal trainer. I still remember to this day the feeling of helplessness when I was training a client who was so fearful of skipping because she didn’t want to pee her pants in public. Or searching on google “what exercises to do for Diastasis Recti” to try and help my other client overcome her strength plateaus at the gym. I noticed the huge gap in care for postpartum individuals, and this is what inspired me to then pursue further education in Physiotherapy, and later on, pelvic floor rehabilitation.

My ultimate mission is to bridge this gap in maternal care & support clients to feel strong in their bodies & move with confidence throughout all stages of life.
With any journey, there will always be ups & downs, wins & losses. I am here to listen, motivate, and equip you with the knowledge to become the best possible version of yourself! Whether your goal is to return to sport, or to be able to chase after your kids, my programming will be tailored to help you reach your unique goals.
